Who Does What: A Candidate’s Guide to NABCEP, Certemy, and Meazure Learning

Brit Heller Brit Heller

The NABCEP certification process involves more than one organization, and it’s not always clear who handles what. We sat down with NABCEP Certification Manager Luis Gallaga to break it down for us:

  • NABCEP is the certification body. They own the exams, manage the application review process, and serve as the central point of contact between all other entities. Reach out to NABCEP with questions about your application, experience documentation, or course approvals. Their goal is to help candidates get their questions answered and get more qualified professionals credentialed in the industry. Contact NABCEP here.
  • Certemy is the application platform. This is where candidates submit applications and where exam scheduling requests are initiated. Contact Certemy if you have login issues or if the platform isn’t behaving as expected. Contact Certemy here.
  • Meazure Learning (formerly part of ProctorU) manages and administers the exams, including scheduling. Contact Meazure Learning if you need to reschedule your exam or if you experience technical issues on exam day. Contact Meazure Learning here.

If you’re working toward your NABCEP certification, this one’s worth a watch.
