OSHA 10 and Other Safety Courses Now Available with HeatSpring Brit Heller Safety training is often required – and arguably should always be required – to work on construction job sites. It’s also essential to qualify for most NABCEP professional certification exams. The HeatSpring community asks us all the time where to get federally recognized safety training. We are happy to announce HeatSpring is offering OSHA 10, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E for Qualified Persons, and more through a partnership with ClickSafety. Why invest in safety training? Ensuring that your team gets to go home safely should be a focus at every single company. There are countless risks and hazards to be managed and mitigated in all work environments. Employers that invest in workplace safety training signal to their teams that safety is a priority, while building and reinforcing a culture of safety. These companies can expect to reduce injuries and illnesses, while often seeing better employee retention and productivity. This leads to cost savings in a variety of areas – like workers comp costs, medical expenses, avoiding OSHA penalties, training new replacement employees…the list goes on and on. Why ClickSafety? While a quick online search can lead to a plethora of online safety training options, ClickSafety was the nation’s first OSHA-authorized provider of online Outreach Training Program courses. ClickSafety has worked with over 10,000 students over the past 20 years. Now, OSHA no longer authorizes new self-paced online training providers. To be able to provide these courses to our learners, we wanted to partner with the oldest and best – so we are working with ClickSafety.
