Who’s Got What Certifications?!? Introducing HeatSpring’s New Certification Tracker

We just added a new feature for teams using HeatSpring: now you can track all of your employee certifications on your dashboard. OSHA, FAA, NABCEP, whatever…it’s for any certification you’ve ever had – not limited to things you’ve done through HeatSpring.

Team Leaders – you start using it now. Go here and then click ‘Certificates”.

If you don’t already have your free team account, go here to set it up.

Here’s what you can track for all of your employees:

• Credential (e.g. OSHA 10, NABCEP PV Associate, etc.)
• Certification Date
• Expiration Date
• Link to the certificate
• Upload the PDF or JPG image

We’ll alert you before the credential expires so you can renew it. It’s a really simple way to have all this stuff in one place.
