HeatSpring Genius Grants: Cash Awards for Emerging Leaders

We’re excited to announce a new program – HeatSpring Genius Grants. Applications are open. You can apply any time before March 31, 2021. You can find more information about these grants below.

What are HeatSpring Genius Grants?

Cash grants paid to renewable energy professionals doing important work that might otherwise go unnoticed or overlooked. We want to reward and promote these people for their contributions to our industry.

How much cash?

$500-2500. 

What can it be used for?

Anything you want. These are professional development dollars with no strings attached.

Who can apply?

Anyone. You can submit an application for yourself or for somebody else who deserves it.

Who will win?

Genius Grants will go to individuals doing important work to move our industry forward. Preference will be given to voices that may have been previously unheard or unrecognized. Our goal is to showcase the depth and diversity of talent at work in our industry.

How many grants will be given?

We’ll select ten winners in 2021. Winners will be highlighted in our newsletter and social media. Cash prize is discretionary (we reserve the right to determine the size of the grant) and will vary based on the scope of the winner’s story and the demand for the award.
