Join us in celebrating Steven Sherman whose journey from automotive engineering to founding his own residential solar and storage business has been selected for HeatSpring’s Stay Curious campaign!

Through this initiative, we spotlight individuals whose passion for continuous learning has not only transformed their own careers but also created positive ripples across their communities and the clean energy sector. These stories highlight how curiosity and lifelong learning drive our transition toward a more sustainable future.

Steve’s path shows us the power of embracing change and following your interests wherever they lead. After building a solid foundation at the University of Michigan and gaining valuable experience at automotive leaders Hyundai and Ford, Steve made a big shift to battery energy storage systems, bringing his unique engineering perspective to the clean energy industry.

When career transitions presented both challenges and opportunities, Steve found clarity and direction through Sean White’s NABCEP PVIP Certification Prep course on HeatSpring. This training provided him with the technical expertise and confidence to take his biggest leap yet: launching Superior Energy, his own solar and storage company.

Let’s tune in to Steve’s story!
