Got Training Questions? Bring Them to the L&D Power Hour!

Brit Heller Brit Heller

The HeatSpring course catalog has grown a lot over the years. While that’s great news for learners and teams, it also means many more options to sort through. Which course fits your goals and experience level? What courses does a NABCEP exam actually require? How do you get your whole crew of twenty set up and track their progress?

We hear these questions every week, so we’re giving you a dedicated time slot to come and ask them. Starting this month, we launched the HeatSpring L&D Power Hour, a free monthly drop-in session where you can bring any question about training and professional development and get a straight answer from our team.

What you can ask about

Certifications and credentials.

We’ll walk through eligibility requirements, exam formats, training hour requirements, and recertification for NABCEP, EPA, NFPA, IGSHPA, OSHA, FAA, and BPI credentials. Tell us which credential you’re working toward and we’ll help you figure out what you need to get there.

Team training.

Training managers and business owners can get help setting up a team account, adding learners, assigning courses, and using the team dashboard to see who’s completed what.

Choosing the right courses.

With more than 440 courses in the catalog, it helps to have a guide. Tell us where you are in your career and where you want to go, and we’ll help you map out a path through the catalog so you’re not guessing.

How it works

The Power Hour is informal. There’s no slide deck, and you don’t need to stay the full session. Sign up on our Luma calendar to get the meeting link and a calendar reminder, then join whenever it fits your schedule, ask your question, and stay as long as you like.

Can’t make it live? You can always reach out to our customer service team at support@heatspring.com.

Who should join

Installers working toward a first credential, experienced professionals planning recertification or continuing education, training managers building a program for their team, and anyone in the industry trying to figure out where to start or how to advance their career through training.

Join us

The next L&D Power Hour is Monday, November 9th at 12pm EST, and sessions are scheduled to continue on the second Monday of every month. Sign up on Luma to get the meeting link and a reminder before each session!
